Our Team at Magna House

At Magna House, our team is the backbone of the compassionate and professional care we offer. We pride ourselves on having a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support workers, all dedicated to providing personalised and comprehensive mental health care.

Our team's approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring that all patients receive the most current and effective treatments for their specific needs. With specialists in areas such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, depression, personality disorder, and self-harm, our staff is equipped to handle a wide range of mental health challenges. Each team member plays a crucial role in helping patients regain control of their lives, using therapeutic interventions, one-on-one counselling, group therapy, and physical well-being activities, such as gym sessions and outdoor therapy in our extensive gardens.

The leadership of Hayley Nicholson, Hospital Director ensures that Magna House not only meets regulatory standards but also exceeds expectations in providing a supportive, nurturing environment where patients can feel safe and empowered to recover. Both leaders work closely with the entire team to uphold our core values of respect, inclusion, and excellence in mental health care.

By working together, we create a treatment environment that is not only therapeutic but also encouraging and supportive, empowering patients to take control of their mental health and move toward recovery.

Our team consists of a wide range of healthcare professionals, each playing a vital role in the comprehensive care we offer. With access to various specialists, we tailor treatment packages to meet the unique needs of each individual.
